Jelinek & Associates expands when your case requires specialized legal care. Over the past three decades, we have forged solid working relationships with skilled solo practitioners--each a recognized expert in his or her own right--whose expertise is tailored to the needs of your case. Cynthia Podren has lawyered for 18 years in the joint areas of civil litigation and family law. A graduate of UCLA Law School, Cindy has served as president of Women Lawyers of Alameda County and as a member of both the Board of California Women Lawyers and the State Bar's Committee on the Administration of Justice.

Stokley Grimes preceded his law degree from UC's Hastings College of the Law by holding executive positions with a national financial institution, where he analyzed and developed individual, commercial and real estate financial packages. As a lawyer, Stokley specializes in business and real estate transactions, including business formation, financing and dispute resolutions. He is counsel for three national franchises.

Myron Moskovitz is a professor at Golden Gate Law School and a noted authority on landlord-tenant law. Formerly an attorney for the federal Office for Economic Opportunity and chief attorney for the National Housing Law Project, Myron was also appointed to the state Commission of Housing and Community Development by Gov. Jerry Brown. Myron is an experience appellate lawyer who appears before the U.S. and California Supreme Courts.
